Since 2016, our blog has provided western Canadian anglers with a unique resource. We have worked tirelessly to bring you engaging and unique fly-fishing content, top-notch information regarding your favorite streams,  and in-depth research into conservation issues in our backyard. We have strived to inspire the next generation of conservation minded anglers, and have fought to protect our wilderness each and every step of the way. For being part of this journey, we thank you!

However, it costs money to keep our website running, and lots of time to create the unique content you love. That is why I am taking the time today to ask you, our loyal followers, for a very small financial donation ($1/month via Patreon.com/Bushwhackersflyfish) that will help the bushwhackers continue on our journey for years to come. By doing so, you showcase your appreciation for the many hours of hard work and personal expenditure that have gone into the site over the years, and help us continue to foster conservation in our backyard!  Plus, you will also be directly supporting conservation initiatives in Alberta; 15 % of our yearly profits will be donated directly to CPAWS southern Alberta.
